Welcome — and thank you for choosing our one-of-a-kind cocktail experience, where you, the guest, will have total and complete control of the kind of spirit and cocktails you would like to taste. Here, the only limitations are those you wish to impose.

We strive only for quality execution for your benefit. This project is a long-awaited crafted specialty by master bartender Margaret Wilson, and through heavy research and development with beverage director Patrick Green and support of owner Benjamin Rossi, we are proud to present for you: personalized spirit infusions.

This is a 1-4 person infusion experience where you will collaborate and choose what spirit you would like to infuse with whatever flavor profiles you would like, with whatever ingredients we can get our hands on - we have a lot!

Q&A

This will be a 90 minute timeframe. The first 15 minutes will be dedicated to the selection and infusion process, while the rest will be used for crafting and enjoying cocktails. The end time per reservation is a strict cutoff regardless of tardiness. If you need to reschedule or let us know that you may be a few minutes late, please email us at reservations@thecopperturtle.com and we will be happy to accommodate!

We do not charge per person, rather we price the experince per reservation. One infusion creates about 16oz of spirit, or half a bottle of your choosing. From there, we will make you flights of cocktails, and you can take whatever you don’t finish home with you. You may also request the same blend to take home for 25% off! The base cost is $300 per infusion (this pricing does include gratuity). A $50 non-refundable deposit will be taken to reserve a spot, and the rest of the payment will be taken on site. Should you need to cancel we can happily reschedule for another date or use the credit for standard bar service! This pricing includes:

  • Your own full creative freedom for 16oz of spirit infusion
  • A personal bartender taking care of your group and your group alone for a 90 minute timeframe in a sanctioned off area of the bar
  • Around 4-8 Flights of cocktails using your own blend (quantity of flights is dependant on how many people reserve)
  • The ability to take home to-go whatever you don’t finish, or have another infusion of the same blend for a discounted price
  • Written out recipes for the cocktails you liked so you can make them at home

Unfortunately, we will not allow more than four people. The goal is to create a wide variety of cocktail flights using a personalized blend, and bringing more than four people severely limits the amount of tastings we will provide. Four people is our maximum for the Rapid Infusions experience.

Absolutely! The selection process would take about 10-15 minutes longer. This will be priced equally to the first blend, so we would be thrilled to create a uniquely different infusion. Both blends would be created at the same time, and served in the same timeframe for cocktail flights. This option is recommended for groups of 3-4 people! For ease of the bar, both payments for each blend will be taken separately.

Of course! This experience is tailored to whomever reserves, so should a specific ingredient be requested for the infusion, we would be happy to provide. For specific requests, please email us at reservations@thecopperturtle.com and provide your name, date, and time reserved.

Typically, we use around 5-7 ingredients per infusion to maximize the variety of cocktails we can make without overwhelming the spirit itself. Please note any allergens beforehand!
